Esali Birth’s standard classes are catered towards both the mother and father providing a vast array of infomormation over a 10-week course structure (2 hour classes once a week) to ensure that each couple is provided with plenty of time to develop questions, gain answers, and feel confident in their choices and forthcoming events.

Classes are kept small (~5 couples) to increase interaction and ease in the ability of answering questions.  Esali Birth is not affiliated with any hospital or medical practice and therefore can provide all information needed for making true informed choices.

Fathers are highly recommended to attend; however, if they are unable to be present, we strongly encourage bringing a companion that will be providing asistance both during labor/birth and the postpartum period.
